OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the daily operations of NIYEC, ensuring smooth administration, coordination, and communications across projects.
The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the program team, supporting events, managing resources, and helping to streamline operations as we expand our initiatives. This role requires the ability to travel and work closely with a diverse group of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have an attention to detail and will be an excellent communicator, problem-solver, and team player. This role requires a candidate who is deeply committed to NIYEC’s vision and is eager to contribute to impactful work.

COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR (Identified)
The Communications Coordinator is a strategy-oriented position tasked with driving a storytelling approach to support our learning ecosystem and realise our vision for self-determined learning futures.
In this role, you will develop and implement NIYEC’s communication strategies, manage our brand and develop stories that centre Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people and communities.
This position will sit across our business operations and project delivery, and will provide an opportunity to apply your communication design skills to support our teams to effectively communicate our plans and programs both internally and externally. This role is perfect for a dynamic communicator with a passion for Indigenous self-determination, youth development, and creative problem-solving.
